Lagercrantz, a B2B technology group, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Sit Right and Enskede Hydraul, a supplier of forestry and construction equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sit Right and Enskede have established strong positions in their respective markets and complement each other very well.
