DalFort Capital Partners-backed Polymer Adhesives, an innovator in the HVAC industry, completed the acquisition of Fielco Adhesives, a manufacturer of industrial epoxy adhesive solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome Fielco to the Polymer Adhesives family.
