Aspira-backed Servetek, a group providing aftermarket services and products for professional kitchens, completed the acquisition of MD Solutions, a specialist in the service, maintenance, and project planning of professional kitchens. Financial terms were not disclosed. “MD Solution brings valuable expertise and a strong local presence in Stockholm.
