Satair to acquire Unical Aviation from Platinum Equity.

Satair, an aviation parts and services company, agreed to acquire Unical Aviation, a global provider of aerospace aftermarket solutions, from Platinum Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are proud of everything we accomplished at Unical.
