Serwent completed the acquisition of Vitek Miljø from Vestlandsentrepreneurøren.

Serwent, a Nordic provider of water and wastewater services, completed the acquisition of Vitek Miljø, a provider of technical services for pipe and sewage systems, from Vestlandsentrepreneurøren, a Norwegian construction group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
