Great Hill Partners to acquire Motion Picture Licensing from Tenzing.

Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Motion Picture Licensing, an independent, non-theatrical copyright licensing company, from Tenzing, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
