Fearnley Securities to acquire Alpha Corporate Finance.

Fearnley Securities, an investment bank, agreed to acquire Alpha Corporate Finance, an investment banking boutique. Financial terms were not disclosed. This combination brings together Alpha’s strong Nordic M&A expertise with Fearnley Securities’ global capital markets platform, creating a more powerful, diversified and client-focused investment banking franchise.
