Renovus Capital-backed K2 Services, a managed services provider, completed the acquisition of the Global Business Transformation Solutions unit of OMERS-backed Epiq, a technology and services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At Epiq, we made a commitment to our clients to never leave them behind when it comes to technology and its application.
