Renovus Capital-backed K2 Services, a managed services provider, agreed to acquire the Global Business Transformation Solutions unit of Epiq, a technology and services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At Epiq, we made a commitment to our clients to never leave them behind when it comes to technology and its application.
