BOS Power Group completed the acquisition of Gen Tech.

BOS Power Group, a propulsion, energy storage and power generation systems provider, completed the acquisition of Gen Tech, a company specializes in the service of backup power systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By welcoming Gen Tech into the BOS Power Group, we are expanding our presence in Finland and making good on our strategy to be the Nordic leader in backup power,” Ove Johan Solem, BOS Power Group CEO.
