Colliers Global Investors Italy, an investment management firm, completed the acquisition of the Italian logistics real estate portfolio from Kryalos, a private asset management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased with this transaction, which confirms Kryalos’ ability to create value for our investors through active and flexible portfolio management and the strength of our asset management approach, based on in-depth market knowledge.
