Corvex, an AI cloud computing company specializing in GPU-accelerated infrastructure for AI workloads, agreed to go public via SPAC merger with Movano, a company which developes a suite of purpose-driven healthcare solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The combination of these two companies represents an exciting new chapter for our stockholders, further underscored by the highly experienced and well-regarded management team who will lead the combined company," John Mastrototaro, Movano Chief Executive Officer.
