Carlyle and IMI completed the acquisition of The Very Group.

Carlyle, an American multinational private equity, alternative asset management, and financial services corporation, and IMI, a privately-owned media group, completed the acquisition of The Very Group, a digital retail company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This marks an important milestone for The Very Group as we move into an exciting new phase of growth.
