New Holland to acquire agriculture and construction equipment dealerships from Titan Machinery.

New Holland, a global manufacturer of agricultural machinery, agreed to acquire agriculture and construction equipment dealerships from Titan Machinery, a company which operates in the agricultural and construction equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our German operations have faced challenges that have weighed on returns within our Europe operating segment, and these planned transactions allow us to exit the German market in a coordinated manner that supports CNH's strategic objectives.
