Sterling Group-backed Russell Landscape Group completed the acquisition of Utz Environmental Services.

Sterling Group-backed Russell Landscape Group, a family-owned provider of full-service landscape maintenance, installation and design services to commercial end markets, completed the acquisition of Utz Environmental Services, a Texas-based company that provides landscaping, irrigation and environmental maintenance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Expanding into Texas is an important milestone for our team and the natural next step in Russell’s growth trajectory," Teddy Russell, Russell Landscape Group CEO.
