Sesa-backed Var Group, an Italian digital transformation company, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in 4IT Solutions, a Swiss IT services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The integration of 4IT into the Group represents a strategic step in our international growth path, through targeted, high-value business combination transactions that support our progressive internationalization, fully aligned with the objectives of the 2026–2027 industrial plan.
