Howden Group to acquire Evelyn Partners Financial Services from Evelyn Partners.

Howden Group, a provider of a range of specialist insurance solutions, agreed to acquire Evelyn Partners Financial Services, an employee benefits consultancy arm, from Evelyn Partners, a company that provides wealth management, professional services, online investing, and fund solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The sale of our employee benefits consultancy further streamlines Evelyn Partners’ range of activities as part of our strategic decision to focus solely on wealth management. This transaction follows on from the successful sales of our Professional Services and Fund Solutions businesses, both of which were completed earlier this year. Howden will be a great long-term owner of this business, providing new opportunities for our employee benefits team and continuity of the services they provide to clients," Paul Geddes, Evelyn Partners CEO.
