Soderberg & Partners, an investment management firm, completed the acquisition of Navia Gestión, a Spanish insurance brokerage and risk management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Söderberg provides the capital for Navia to acquire smaller local competitors, turning Navia from a standalone broker into a regional aggregator.
