Ardian-backed Thrive, a provider of global technology outsourcing for cybersecurity, Cloud, networking, and other complex IT requirements, completed the acquisition of Worksighted, a IT services firm that specializes in providing end‑to‑end outsourced infrastructure, security, and support solutions.
