Diversis Capital completed the acquisition of Genesis Automation Healthcare, Kermit and Meperia.

Diversis Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Genesis Automation Healthcare, a provider of clinical traceability and supply chain automation software, Kermit, a specialized, cloud-based analytics platform designed for hospitals, and Meperia, a technology company. “With this combination, we’re establishing the clear market leader with the scale, technology, and expertise to drive meaningful change across the industry,” Ron Nayot, Diversis Capital Managing Partner.
