Dispatch Energy completed the acquisition of Green Lantern Solar.

Dispatch Energy, a full-service, customer-focused provider of distributed energy solutions, completed the acquisition of Green Lantern Solar, a vertically integrated regional renewable energy development company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition provides an excellent result for GLS shareholders and employees.
