Siris Capital-backed Fiery completed the acquisition Inèdit Software from EFI.

Siris Capital-backed Fiery, a provider of digital front ends and workflow solutions for print industry, completed the acquisition Inèdit Software, a developer of RIP and color management software from EFI, an imaging technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “From day one, Fiery’s vision has been to empower print providers to deliver exactly what their customers imagine. Inèdit’s software has always impressed us, particularly in textile print segments like direct-to-fabric and dye sublimation.
