Fiery to acquire Inèdit Software from EFI.

Fiery, a provider of digital front ends and workflow solutions for print industry, agreed to acquire Inèdit Software, a developer of RIP and color management software from EFI, an imaging technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “From day one, Fiery’s vision has been to empower print providers to deliver exactly what their customers imagine. Inèdit’s software has always impressed us, particularly in textile print segments like direct-to-fabric and dye sublimation. With this acquisition, Fiery can now expand its industry-leading print software solutions portfolio into a wider range of applications – making Fiery a true one-stop-shop for all digital production print providers,” Toby Weiss, Fiery CEO.
