Heartwood-backed Norlee Group, a company specializing in specialty electrical, mechanical, technology, and engineering services, completed the acquisition of Inter-Bay Electric, a commercial electrical contractor serving the Tampa Bay area, providing new construction, upgrades, site lighting, generators, and low-voltage systems.
