Turnspire Capital Partners completed the acquisition of LifeLine Foods and ICM BioFuels from AgraMarke Quality Grains.

Turnspire Capital Partners, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of LifeLine Foods, a corn-milling company, and ICM BioFuels, an ethanol biorefinery, from AgraMarke Quality Grains, an agricultural cooperative. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Having founded LifeLine in 2001, we take great pride in the company’s history and its role in supporting the region’s growers, customers, and communities.
