Luma Health, a healthcare technology company, completed the acquisition of Tonic Health, a healthcare technology company, from R1, a revenue cycle management partner for hospitals and healthcare systems regardless of the payment models. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Major health systems rely on both Luma and Tonic to cut out manual coordination between staff and patients and get patients ready for care.
