Linden Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Agape Care Group from Ridgemont Equity Partners.

Linden Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Agape Care Group, a provider of hospice and palliative care services to terminally ill patients, from Ridgemont Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
