Albarest Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Analysys, an industrial manufacturer and service provider based in the Charente region, specializing in chemical solutions for industrial water systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. Albarest is supporting Analysys in developing "green" bio-based anti-scaling agents to replace traditional phosphates and heavy metals, aligning with 2026 environmental standards.
