Semantix AI to acquire GAVB Consulting from Grupo Boticario.

Semantix AI, a Brazilian data and artificial intelligence company, agreed to acquire GAVB Consulting, a Brazilian IT company, from Grupo Boticario, a Brazilian holding company focused on perfumery and cosmetics. Financial terms were not disclosed. GAVB brings to Semantix a relevant historical base in the South of Brazil, a region in which it maintained technical hubs and a strong presence in innovation ecosystems. With this, Semantix expands its operational capillarity, starting to operate with a relevant physical presence in the four corners of the country.
