Nimbus to acquire the reed valve business from HOERBIGER.

Nimbus, a European industrial holding company, agreed to acquire the reed valve business from HOERBIGER, a compression technology, drive technology and hydraulics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Nimbus is a hands-on investor that brings capital as well as experience, vision and inspiration to strengthen and further develop the reed valve business in the long term.
