GPI Group-backed Evolucare Technologies, a French software company that builds and sells software for healthcare — especially for hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, imaging centers, nursing-homes / elderly-care or social-care facilities, completed the acquisition of Logiprem-F, a developer of software that assists with drug prescriptions for neonatal and pediatric intensive care units, for $18.7m.
