Fujian Xanadu Energy Technology to acquire Honda Power Products.

Fujian Xanadu Energy Technology, a developer and manufacturer of intelligent distribution grid automation solutions, agreed to acquire Honda Power Products, a manufacturer and distributor of general-purpose engines, generators, water pumps, and agricultural machinery, serving both domestic and international markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
