Hannover Finanz, an equity partner of medium-sized companies, completed the acquisition of Katec, a provider of sewer rehabilitation and maintenance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Katec and Jensen, we bundle two excellently positioned specialists in a structurally growing market. Our goal is to form a platform from this partnership at eye level that sets long-term standards in trench-free sewer rehabilitation - with high technical quality, regional anchoring and sustainable profitability," Robert Pauli, Hannover Finanz Managing Director.
