HSA Bank, a provider of health savings accounts and consumer directed healthcare savings solutions, completed the acquisition of a portfolio of Health Savings Accounts of United Community Bank, a commercial bank serving retail and business customers in the southeastern United States. Financial terms were not disclosed.
