MPI Corporation completed the acquisition of Focus Microwaves for $28m.

MPI Corporation, a global technology leader specializing in semiconductor test and measurement solutions, completed the acquisition of Focus Microwaves, a global engineering and manufacturing company, for $28m. “Focus Microwaves was founded on innovation and independence.
