Biocodex, an independent French pharmaceutical group with over 70 years of experience in microbiota science, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Hilma, a natural health company that creates science-backed herbal remedies for common ailments like gas, bloating, and sleep issues. Financial terms were not disclosed.
