Argos-backed Julhiet Sterwen, an independent European consulting firm specializing in strategy, transformation, and innovation, completed the acquisition of HR Conseil, a French consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Together with Julhiet Sterwen, we aim to be the preferred partner for public and private organisations in addressing their HR challenges across the entire value chain: from purpose to solution, from strategy to HRIS," François Angelini, HR Conseil Chairman and Co-Founder.
