AA Metals completed the acquisition of Sinobec Group.

AA Metals, a wholesaler and distributor of semi-finished metal products, primarily focused on aluminum and stainless steel, completed the acquisition of Sinobec Group, a global supplier and trader of aluminum and stainless steel products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction significantly expands our presence in primary aluminum, particularly ingot and billet, and positions us to serve a broader customer base across North America, South America, and Europe. The integration of Sinobec’s infrastructure will help us strengthen supply-chain reliability and support downstream service centers across multiple segments," Jack Cheng, AA Metals Founder, CEO & President.
