Bridger Pipeline to acquire crude oil and natural gas midstream assets from Caliber Midstream Partners.

Bridger Pipeline, an operator of crude oil pipelines, agreed to acquire crude oil and natural gas midstream assets from Caliber Midstream Partners, an energy infrastructure company that provides a full suite of midstream services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Caliber crude oil and natural gas assets are a perfect fit for Bridger’s growing system of Williston Basin midstream assets. This acquisition will expand the footprint of our crude oil and natural gas gathering systems into central McKenzie County, ND and allow us to better serve our customers.
