Dacke Industri, a long-term owner specializing in innovative technology companies, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Hydronit, a manufacturer of modular hydraulic power units. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Italian company Hydronit marks a strategic step in strengthening our European presence and expanding our portfolio of power transmissions, motion, and control solutions. Hydronit will join our Fluid Power Technology division, where it will contribute to the group’s combined knowledge and collaborative efforts.
