Heritage Distribution to acquire Key Refrigeration Supply and Dennis Supply Company.

Heritage Distribution, a HVAC/R distributor, agreed to acquire Key Refrigeration Supply, a HVAC/R wholesaler, and Dennis Supply Company, a wholesale distributor of HVAC, hydronic, motor, and control products.
