Careerminds, a provider of workforce solutions, completed the acquisition of Renovo Employment Group, a UK career transition business, from Bain Capital-backed Liberata, a UK-based provider of business process outsourcing and support services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining forces with Careerminds allows us to expand our offering, increase coverage, and deliver even more value to our clients.
