Kelso-backed Novvia Group completed the acquisition of Aaron Packaging.

Kelso-backed Novvia Group, a provider of packaging solutions and customized services, completed the acquisition of Aaron Packaging, a manufacturer and distributor of rigid containers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Since establishing a presence in Oregon and Washington through the carve out of JF Shelton’s packaging distribution business, we have been focused on growing our presence in the region by identifying complementary businesses with durable growth trajectories. Aaron Packaging fits well within this thesis,” Ken Roessler, Novvia Group Executive Chairman.
