Capidea completed the acquisition of a majority stake in HASLE Refractories from Benkri Holding.

Capidea, a Danish private equity fund, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in HASLE Refractories, a Danish industrial company specializing in advanced refractory solutions for high-temperature applications in industries such as cement, steel, and waste-to-energy, from Benkri Holding, an investment holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “HASLE has impressed us with its strong technical expertise and the dedication of its people.
