Arkview Capital completed the acquisition of NeoTech.

Arkview Capital, an investment management and private equity services firm, completed the acquisition of NeoTech, a provider of high-reliability electronic manufacturing services to the defense, aerospace, medical, industrial, and advanced technology sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
