DMI Personal Care completed the merger with Trademark Cosmetics.

DMI Personal Care, a contract developer and manufacturer of beauty and personal care products, completed the merger with Trademark Cosmetics, a California-based contract manufacturer specializing in custom hair and skincare products, offering full-service support from R&D and formulation to material sourcing and filling. Financial terms were not disclosed.
