Dream First Bank to acquire the Lakin branch from Bank of the Plains.

Dream First Bank, a provider of personal, business and agribusiness banking services, agreed to acquire the Lakin branch from Bank of the Plains, a full-service community bank located in Kansas. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our mission at Dream First has always been simple — to improve every life we touch, and we can’t wait to do that here, side-by-side with our neighbors in Kearny County. We really want to ensure our communities have the resources to make their dreams come true.
