Pinnacle Financial Corporation to merge with Morris State Bancshares.

Pinnacle Financial Corporation, a single bank holding company offering a wide range of personal and business financial services, agreed to merge with Morris State Bancshares, a US bank‑holding parent company of Morris Bank that offers a broad range of financial services to individuals and small to medium‑size businesses.
