MARS Energy Group completed the acquisition of Nelnet Renewable Energy from Nelnet.

MARS Energy Group, a national holding company for energy infrastructure businesses, completed the acquisition of Nelnet Renewable Energy, a commercial and community solar EPC and development platform, from Nelnet, a US-based conglomerate focused on financial services.
