Avista Healthcare Partners-backed Vision Healthcare, a Belgium-based online consumer healthcare retailer, completed the acquisition of New Care Supplements, a Dutch healthcare brand offering nutraceutical products, and Svenskt Kosttillskott, a Swedish e-commerce provider of health and nutrition products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a strategic step forward for Vision, and our digital-first consolidation of the highest e-commerce penetrated region in Europe.
